We typically deliver consignments the next day after pickup. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. You can track your consignment on our website for the most up-to-date delivery timeframe. For any questions or concerns, please contact us.

NOT DISPATCHED: The consignment is at the originating branch.

DISPATCHED: The consignment is moving through the delivery network.

FAILED IN TRANSIT: The consignment might have been held up due to issues with regulations or documentation, Or the consignment may have been misplaced or lost entirely while in transit.

RECEIVED AT BRANCH: The consignment has arrived at the local branch or hub. If its the destination branch, then the consignment is now within the local delivery network and is likely to be delivered soon.

RE-ROUTED: If the recipient has requested for an update in the destination, the consignment needs to be re-routed to the new location.

SEND FOR DELIVERY: The consignment has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle and is currently being transported to delivery address. It's the final stage before the consignment is delivered at doorstep.

DELIVERY FAILURE: The delivery attempt was unsuccessful. The details are provided in the tracking details, including the contact number of the delivery partner.

DELIVERED: The consignment has been successfully delivered to the recipient at the designated final destination.

ARBITRATED: A dispute or claim related to the consignment has been submitted to an independent third party for resolution.

As a part of the company policy, we do not share the phone numbers of our delivery partners. However, please be assured that our representatives will contact you if they face any difficulty in locating your address.

Consignment tracking information is generally updated upon arrival at each new location or checkpoint. These updates typically occur with a frequency of every few hours or at least twice daily.
